Orders: Due to small batch artisan production product delivery times may vary. Typical time to fulfill an order is 2-4 days. Larger orders and select products may take up to 6 days to craft and fulfill. Orders also can be placed directly through a credit card company and paid using their invoicing system (Square, PayPal). Shipping: Order over $38 shipped free via USPSwithin United States (including Alaska, Hawaii. Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands are excluded). If you wish to use your own carrier, contact to arrange the order. All shipping materials, including bubble wrap, plastic envelopes and cardboard have been collected, sorted out and reused. Rare exceptions to that apply to USPS flat rate shipping. 

Tracking: When your order is fulfilled, the email will be sent to confirm the shipment. Tracking number along with the link will be included in this email. 

Wholesale: Wholesale order inquiries are welcome, please contact to receive LENUS wholesale policy. 

Natural Skincare products: The beauty of natural skincare is that it truly is synthetic ingredient and harsh preservative free. Products containing water-soluble ingredients are preserved plant derived preservatives such as Gluconolactone SB and Leucidal Liquid. It is good practice to use cosmetic spatula while handling the product to ensure freshness. Keep the product out of direct sunlight and excessive heat (25C / 80F). Please enjoy the creams, scrubs and washes within 5-6 months after opening. Anhydrous products, such as lip balms and butters are preservative free and last for up to 12 moths after opening. 

 

Refund / Exchanges: 

Client satisfaction is LENUS top priority. Should you need to return the item please keep in mind the product the item shall be unopened, unused and in it’s original packaging. A full refund will be issued once the item is safely received in a condition described above. 

If you receive an item in which the quality has been compromised, please email a photo and we'll arrange an exchange or refund. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping charges. 

Should you be absolutely unhappy with the product for any reason, please contact before leaving a negative review. We will arrange something that will make you feel completely satisfied.
