Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Should you need to return the item, please keep in mind that due to the nature of the product the item shall be unopened, unused and in it’s original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the item is safely received in the condition described above.
If you receive an item in which the quality has been compromised, please send me a photo and we'll arrange an exchange or refund.
Should you be absolutely unhappy with the product because of an inaccurate description, please write me before leaving a negative review. We can arrange something that will make you feel satisfied.
Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
